Free Cooking Classes Return to Forest Park
WeTHRIVE! Forest Park and Forest Park Fire Department are excited to welcome OSU Extension back for another 8 week series of cooking classes. These classes use the My Plate Framework to teach participates how to select and prepare healthy, tasty food on a budget.
The classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at the Fire Department, from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM. Each week, participants will learn to cook a different, tasty dish along with basic kitchen skills, how to select ingredients, and some light physical activity. The classes are intended for adults, but kids are welcome to attend with their grown-up. 
Join us for 8 week of fun! Also, the instructor is bilingual, so Spanish speakers are welcome as well! Registration is required. You can register here .
