Our Tax Office is open for taxpayers who want personal assistance filing their City returns.  Appointments are recommended, except for the April Tax Season (April 1st through April 18th) when we will be walk-in only.  Appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, and can be booked Online with Lobby Central.

To ensure that we can successfully complete your return when you visit, please be certain to bring the following documents to your appointment.  Your documents can also be Uploaded Electronically Here.

1. A copy of all your W-2 income for the year(s) being filed.
2. A copy of federal tax form 1040 for the year(s) being filed.
3. A copy of federal schedules 1, C, e, and K-1 (if applicable) for the year(s) being filed.
4. Any documentation of other income, for example - none employee compensation (1099-NEC), miscellaneous income (1099-MISC), unemployment, welfare benefits, retirement income (1099-R), or social security benefits, gambling winnings (W-2G), and prizes.

Finally, as a courtesy to our staff, please book an additional appointment if you are requesting assistance with more than two tax returns.
