Reuse Organizations
Before "trashing" materials and having them hauled away and buried in a landfill, you might want to consider other options that will extend the life of the materials. One option is REUSE.
REUSING is different from recycling with people often confusing the two. Recycling, while a very good practice, uses a lot of energy and requires an industrial change to the materials (making it into the same or different products). REUSING, on the other hand, does not require major manufacturing manipulation. A reused object is simply put back to work, whether for its original purpose or not.
Since REUSING requires no reprocessing of previously used materials, it helps save money, energy, and resources. In broader economic terms, it can make quality products more available to people and organizations with limited means, while generating jobs and business activity that contributes to the economy.
