Home Improvement Programs

  

Notice--July 7, 2011

The Forest Park Home Improvement/Small Repair Program is OUT OF MONEY for the remainder of 2011.

This program is funded with a federal Community Development Block Grant, and we are planning to submit an application for additional funding for 2012. We will know the status of any additional funding in December, 2011.

Home Improvement/Small Repair applications received as of July 7, 2011 will be placed on a waiting list in order of the date received.

    

Homeowners in Forest Park may have the opportunity to take part in up to three home improvement programs when it comes time to improve or repair a home. Our local Home Improvement/Small Repair Grant and the People Working Cooperativehome improvement workly program are
income-based and limited to low or moderate-income homeowners. The Hamilton County Home Improvement Loan is open to owners of all incomes.
