General Information

Forest Park has had zoning since the incorporation of the community in 1961. The most recent comprehensive revision of the zoning code dates to 1986. The zoning code and sign code are available online at the website of Codified Ordinances publisher, American Legal Publishing Corporation. Zoning for a Specific Property

Due to the master-planned nature of the community, most zoning districts cover large tracts of land; there is very little "spot-zoning" within Forest Park. Zoning for a particular property can be found if you know the street address, by consulting the zoning-by-street table.
