Community Outreach

We provide schools and community groups with a comprehensive selection of environmental presentations and information appropriate for pre-schoolers to older adults.

Below is a brief description of each outreach component.

We believe in sharing as much information as possible.
If our materials assist your program in any way, then we all benefit!

Inquisitive minds looking for answers.

The Forest Park Environmental Awareness Program has been very fortunate to have had a number of talented and dedicated Education Specialists, each of whom contributed their knowledge and expertise to the development of the materials associated with our Outreach Educational Program.

Unfortunately, due to budgetary restraints, the Education Specialist position was terminated in 2007.  However, we still want to contribute to our local school district and to various smaller educational organizations.  Thererfore, we encourage all educators to review our programs and materials, and if helpful, borrow them to the fullest.  All materials necessary for their implementation are included except for those that are perishable.
