Forest Park Senior Center

Entry to Senior CenterThe Forest Park Senior Center, located at 11555 Winton Road, is a multi-purpose facility that provides a warm and cozy atmosphere for hosting senior programs geared to residents 55+.  The facility also provides rental opportunities for the community in the evenings and on weekends. The Senior Center features a 2736 sq. ft (approximately 57' x 48') main meeting and activity hall; a smaller 392 sq. ft. (approximately 28' x 14') meeting room/conference room and a kitchen area with convenient pass through to both the main meeting hall and conference room. The kitchen area also features a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave and dual sinks. Tables: 4 round (4' diameter) and 23 oblong/rectangle (30"X 96") and chairs are also provided for up to 204 guests.

 

The Forest Park Senior Center is handicap accessible.  The Senior Center is a lodge style structure nestled in a wooded setting adjacent to Central Park and the Forest Park Police Department. 

Another important part of Center operation is our ability to provide excellent meeting space to City departments and community groups on an as needed basis.  The Center is also available for weddings and 50th anniversary receptions; non-senior group reservations may be made up to six months in advance of the event.  Please call the Forest Park Recreation Department for more information at 513-595-5252 or 513-595-5200 or send email to ljones@forestpark.org .
